Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
Open Waterie and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all your data immediately.
Delete your Waterie account
You can permanently delete your Waterie account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or state your account email in the message), with the subject "Account deletion request".

This opens your mail app with the subject and message ready to send. You can also email us directly at [email protected]
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes the following from our servers:
- Your profile (name and email)
- All your hydration and water logs and history
- Custom drinks and containers
- Your achievements and streaks
- Cosmetic and personalization settings
- Referral data
- AI drink-detection history
- Device and push notification tokens
This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Timeline and data retention
Email requests are processed within 30 days. A limited amount of data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business reasons — for example, purchase and billing records held by our payment providers — after which it is deleted or anonymized.
